Help with my surround sound please ?? - sony dvd 5 disc changer 2002

I bought a used Teac Lsr 200 surround sound speaker set on eBay ... seems perfectly fine.
Now I'm scratching my head trying to find out how to attach the thing to me .... Durner Sony HDTV
I have an HD cable box and a good 5-disc Sony DVD changer.
What the hell do I need?
