The key is for each component. Some associations are high in calories and therefore some of the loaves.

In fact, I discussed this matter with Chipotle and big belly, because I eat at both places all the time.

Remember:
Fully loaded chicken burrito with black beans - 1095 calories
Burrito full load in a container with fajita peppers replaced with black beans - 705 calories

Cutting calories by ditching the net and taking the tortilla paprika = ~ 400

The key? The Lair of the flour tortilla has 290 calories and 120 calories black beans. The anchoring of the peppers in black bean fajita more nutrients with fewer than 100 calories. The tortilla is the unhealthy and just the heat.

I hope this example gives some hints about why Panera sandwiches are so high in calories.

Yes, I wonder the same thing.
I ate every day that I thought it was safe.
I had half a sandwich and a salad and thought I would be very good.
I began to invest a lot of weight, but not matter, because I ate elsewhere.
Ugh, that sucks.
all in good health is to eat a salad in the classic itself.

Since fast food is easier to pump a little, fat and calories then spend the money to buy the ingredients for the flavor. Simple fact it's healthy fast food, healthier than others, but unhealthy

I know!
I hate it ... its soo good and it looks sooo healthy.
I think it's only because the burden for the good things.
I agree with just a salad of friction is the right way.

I got to eat two pounds of Panera Bread on the other day. God, I thank you, I lost two kilos in two days later, but I will not go back.

As with any other restaurant, the main objective is to sell to your tastes in food.
