Why do I get a dry mouth after drinking lots of water? - water dries out my mouth
On the night before training or racing, I would much water during the night and next morning when you wake up with a very dry mouth and I'm drinking dehydrated. ) On a typical day, when I try to hydrate (pair Diet Coke and one or two glasses of water a day does not have these problems. What's the deal?

Because thirst is how does your body, it does not have enough to drink.
Place the bottle in his mouth and dryness in the mouth persists.
which means that your body needs more water.
is customary to drink 2 liters per day
when I drink soda almost every day, I'm thirsty and my mouth dry.
and to stop drinking soda (I drink only water for tea or coffee) I am not dehydrated
Good luck!
Because your body needs plenty of water, and is a lot if one is to drink plenty of water to a dry mouth, because your body tells you that you need more to drink and your body is baiscally request more water.
It's your body says you drink more water. Drink about twice as high as the typical day and three times larger than if we try ... what I did and it worked like a charm.
Good luck:)

Allow the water in his mouth. IDK. Or perhaps the glands of the water under the tongue does not come over.
Insert the lip next to a hair dryer?
