Women More Likely Than Men Thyroid Cancer Thyroid Cancer.... Why Women And Not Men?

Thyroid Cancer.... Why women and not men? - women more likely than men thyroid cancer

I am home sick and I'm a science project on thyroid cancer, so I thought I would finish it while I'm at home and actually have the time. My question is, why women are more likely than men to develop thyroid cancer at? Consider the net five times already and everything I said that women are 2.3 times more frequently than men. I really need help. Thank you!

The real answer to exactly "why" is unknown. The data that you mentioned will determine through the analysis of statistics obtained from the number. Women also are more prone to autoimmune diseases, why? do not know. The men had a higher risk of lung cancer 20 years ago, why? because people smoked more than women, but women have started smoking more and know the numbers are almost the same ..... see, there are medical explanations for the spread of the disease, but in some others, we have no answers, only our knowledge base in the area of statistical differences. Hope this helps.
